The SwissRadioDay represents the leading annual meeting of minds where all stakeholders of the Swiss radio industry come together, to deliberate and knowledge share about the business of radio and audio. Founded in 1999 by the Swiss public broadcaster SRG and private radio station associations VSP & RRR, the SwissRadioDay is the only convention representing the interests of all three language regions of Switzerland. Unikom and the DAB+ networks SwissMediaCast and Digris, as well as SUISA, Swissperform, IFPI and Audion are also involved in the SwissRadioDay, supported by its presenting partner Swisscom Broadcast. Thanks to the large presence of decision-makers, radio makers and those with a vested interest in the business of radio, the SwissRadioDay remains the industry's most important date in the radio calendar featuring specialist presentations, discussions and workshops, content and showcasing technical innovations applicable to the industry. The SwissRadioDay is organised by Darryl von Däniken, founder of the International Radio Festival and BrandAudio Media, the world's largest branded podcast production network.
