In the Finale of Radiodays Europe 2023 it was announced that Munich would be the host city in 2024, from the 17 to the 19 March.
Radiodays Europe 2024 will be held in the beautiful city of Munich, Bavaria’s capital. Bavaria features 90 private radio stations, which is unique in this form in Germany. Whether on air, via DAB+, or online, Bavaria is a special place for audio innovation. Local partners are Bayerischer Rundfunk, Antenne Bayern Group, Verband Bayerischer Lokalrundfunk (VBL), Vereinigung Bayerischer Rundfunkanbieter (VBRA) as well as the City of Munich and the Free State of Bavaria. The partnership is coordinated by XPLR: MEDIA in Bavaria.
This will be the 14th Radiodays Europe, offering learning and information, inspiring anyone working in, or interested in, the audio industry today and tomorrow. The conference attracts 1,200 visitors with over 60 sessions and more than 150 speakers.
For the 2nd time Radiodays Europe will be a three-day event with each day packed with take-aways for attendees for their stations, podcasts and businesses. The highlights of the three days included a real focus on diversity, radio in the car, the confidence in podcast strategy being shown in many of the radio groups plus how can we better support our talent to ensure retention.
