Radio WSOU radio presenter Type A was chosen by the IRF as the clear leader of the contest which looked for the best US Campus Radio.
Angie does Seton Hall University Radio proud. Midem is the music industries longest running business conference, which also hosts the internationally acclaimed NRJ Radio Awards, and Angie even made it in to the news packed Midem Daily – see below!
We at the IRF thought Angie had a great voice for radio, equally her on-air presence showed much potential.
We particularly liked how Angie took time to research and listen through over 40 new songs by local artists every week, offering local talent an outlet for their repertoire. We also liked her professional presentation style.
You can see some more impressions of Angie at Midem on our Facebook pages.

“College radio is a great platform for learning, making friendships and finding good music. I’m happy to represent WSOU and very grateful to the IRF for this award”, says Angie.
We thank Angie for participating as we thank iBiquity/HD Radio, CMJ, MIDEM, SWISS & mixcloud for their kind support and making it possible for the IRF to fly Angie to MIDEM in Cannes next January.
