Steering the ship, segwaying in-between shows and presenting the in-house International Radio Festival programs meet the IRF anchor team - Normski, Gabby, Carly and Nik. Normski is not a nickname, it’s a brand. Né Norman Anderson is the living impersonation of London’s urban and contemporary culture, and has had a prolific career in the field of music, television, photography, fashion and journalism. Gabby comes from rock radio royalty in the UK (XFM, Kerrang! Radio), now residing in the USA she is a primetime broadcaster for iHeartRadio, America’s biggest radio network, for both their ALT station and classic rock station in Nashville. Pioneering brand new tastemaker radio platform SISTER, Carly Wilford has become a trusted voice for the underground. With recent guest mixes on BBC 1Xtra & BBC Asian Network her honesty and foresight helps to shape the music industry of tomorrow, helping to bring through so many of the artists on today’s airwaves. Nik von Frankenberg was born, raised and educated in Basel, Switzerland, where he lives to this day. His activities cover a wide spectrum of work in print-, online- and airwave-media, music production and DJing. He has been hosting and producing radio shows since the late 90ies.
