Widmer Schlumpf drops in on IRF Pop-Up Studio

It’s hotting up in the IRF radio studio bus!

After Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf, President of the Swiss Confederation, visited Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace, she dropped in at the radio studio bus of the IRF London Pop-Edition midst the House of Switzerland during Gabby Sanderson’s Drive Time show.

Gabby gave Eveline a quick “how-to-cue-up-a-radio-song” lesson whilst the media were jostling for their best position in the IRF studio. The Swiss head of state played Mario Pacchioli and Michael von der Heide’s Lungatg sans Frontiere

In fact Gabby has had a full day of some pretty important Swiss guests; starting with the Swiss Federal Councillor, followed by Claude Nobs, and then as if that wasn’t enough, Zurich’s Mayor popped in too for good measures!
